Healing takes time whether it’s a physical or emotional or spiritual healing.
No two people heal at the same rate.
Never allow anyone to judge or condemn you because you aren’t healing according to his or her time table.
As you travel on this path make sure to schedule self-care days.
Write letters to help express your anger or hurt or disappointment at whomever then burn the letters later.
Journal. Write long posts or mere bullet points. Just writing it all out helps on your journey.
No matter what be kind to yourself!
You are worth the effort!
Don’t rush the healing.
Sometimes a trigger will bring up an old wound you thought was healed. It’s ok. It just means there’s more work to do. Yet, there’s so not as much healing that needs done as there was before.
Keep progressing forward. Keep listening to your inner voice. Keep healing.
